PROCESSING FEES
- Bookings and/or deposits made 3 days or less before the events may be subjected to a $25 additional fee due to late notice.
ARRIVAL TIME
- We may arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of a job. Any additional time requested for our arrival is $25 per every half hour/per artist
- Start time of earlier than 9 am or later than 7 pm is subject to $25 per hour/per artist.
TRAVEL TIME & DISTANCE
- Locations that exceed 40 miles one-way from 90808 or 92708 will include a $25 charge for extra travel time.
- Beach communities around Pacific Coast Highway, may include a $25 charge for extra travel time.
WORK STATION
- Adequate workspace and table must be provided for artist, as well as shade. If event is held outside, covering for shade in the form of a large umbrella or a pop-up/canopy for the artist is necessary. A $35-50 rental fee is added if the artist is requested to bring table, chair, and/or shading. Please place artists away from loud amplified speakers.
PARKING FEES
- Events located in high traffic areas (i.e., Santa Monica Pier, The Grove, Third Street Promenade, etc...will include a $25 charge, unless prior parking arrangements are made to ensure easy accessibility to party site.
- Parking fees required at venues such as sports arenas, museums, restaurants and parks will be reimbursed to the artists.
PROCESSING FEES
- Party locations requiring "Added Insured" to our liability insurance will include a $25 processing fee.
